1" wide ribbon on the 1.5" wide nylon, it will have a black broder on the top and bottom 
 
They are made with thick 1.5 inch wide nylon with ribbon sewn on, heavy duty plastic clip, and adjustable; very strong, can hold up to 200lbs or more weight. Never had one snap. Adjutsble slider and dring are metal 
 
Sizes are: 
Medium 12 - 17 inches adjustable
Large 15 - 23 inches adjustable
XLarge 22 - 39 inches adjustable
