Refunds:
There is no refunds on CUSTOM MADE - - MADE TO MEASUREMENTS --- OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, as these items can't be resold as they are made to your dogs/cats info. IE: Most clothing items, Porng collar covers, Service Vests, etc

Refunds are available for items that don't fall in that category and can be resold within 7 days after delivery.
I also offer to fix products if its from tear and wear, ie stitching, at no extra costs if under 2 weeks old. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to wrong size please send me email or message me on facebook.
Shipping:
Orders can take up to 7 days to make and shipping can take anywhere from 2 days to a week going through Chit Chats or Canda Post..
Canadian Shipping is $10.00 and US Shipping is $13.00

Everything is mailed by bubble mailers, not boxes unless its very large order if so shipping cost could change​​​​​
