Refunds:

There is no refunds on CUSTOM MADE - - MADE TO MEASUREMENTS --- OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, as these items can't be resold as they are made to your dogs/cats info. IE: Most clothing items, Prong collar covers, Service Vests, etc

Refunds or Exchanges are available for items that don't fall in that category and can be resold within 7 days after delivery.

I also offer to fix products if its from tear and wear, ie stitching, at no extra costs if under 2 weeks old.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped out once a week on Mondays with Chit Chats - Tracking numbers usually update on Tuesday or Wed once received.
If an order is put in on the weekend then that order wont be shipped out till next Monday, unless it is an item that is already made and ready to ship.
