Double sided Hook and Loop Fastener strap glued onto the back of a sewn cotton fabric flower 
3 inches by 3 inches big; not too big for little dogs as shown in the pic is my 5lb chihuahua and not too small for a large dog 
 
Middle is done up with a random button as they are upcycled and reused buttons. If you would like, let me know if you prefer metal over plastic
