Stroller signs are made with Cotton Fabric with Interface with 2 grommets on the corners then zip ties can be used to secure the sign to the strollers front bar. 
 
Roughly 10 inches long and 7 inches wide 
 
Lettering details is done in heat transfer and images can be added - like a paw print, a dog or cat breed (i have it available), and or ect; samples available in the pictures 
 
Can be a solid color or a pattern, the lettering is done on a white background box so will show up any of the busy patterns I have posted available.
