Every Collar is Handmade with Thick Heavy Duty Nylon with Grosgrain Ribbon sewn onto, and then assembled adding the Hardware with Triple Stitching and Cross Stitching with the threads melted down on the ends.
 
>> Heavy Duty Plastic Buckle Clips which have a tensile Strength of a 100lbs for 1" Clips and 200lbs for the 1.5" Clips. Smaller Collars are made with lighter style of Plastic Buckle but still strong to hold up to the weight ment for that Size. Never had one Snap
 
>> Plastic Adjustable Tri-Glide Slider with Teeth to Hold it in Place and Nickel Plated Metal Ones are used for 1.5" width. very strong, can hold up to 200lbs or more weight.
 
>> Welded Stainless Steel D-Rings are Used, then they never Split Open and can handle the Pull. I sew My D-Ring to the Adjuster bar on the 1" wide and 1.5" wide Collars instead of near the Buckles. On the smaller collars they are sewn with the buckle
 
Please note 1" wide ribbon is used to make the collars for all width sizes so as displayed in the photos is a 1" width as you go smaller some of the pattern will be cut off.
